Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement

These Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions ("Affiliate Terms") govern your participation in the MyTraderScore Affiliate Program, operated by Robot Mouse LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By applying to or participating in the Affiliate Program, you ("Affiliate") agree to be bound by these Affiliate Terms, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Affiliate Program, you must: - Be at least 18 years of age - Have a valid PayPal account for receiving payments - Have an active online presence (website, YouTube channel, social media, newsletter, or similar) - Provide accurate and complete information during the application process - Be approved by MyTraderScore at our sole discretion We reserve the right to reject any application without explanation.

3. Affiliate Link and Tracking

Upon acceptance into the program, you will receive a unique referral link. When a visitor clicks your referral link, a 30-day tracking cookie is set in their browser. If the visitor subscribes to MyTraderScore within 30 days of clicking your link, the sale will be attributed to you. Attribution is based on last-click — if the visitor clicks multiple affiliate links, the most recent click receives the commission.

4. Commission Structure

You will earn the following commissions: - First Payment Commission: 40% of the first payment made by each referred subscriber - Recurring Commission: 15% of every subsequent renewal payment made by that subscriber, for the lifetime of their subscription Commission rates are subject to change with 30 days written notice. Changes will not affect commissions already earned on existing subscribers prior to the notice date.

5. Payment Terms

Commissions are paid monthly via PayPal on or around the 1st of each month for the previous month's approved commissions. - Minimum payout threshold: $20 - If your balance is below $20, it rolls over to the following month - You must provide a valid PayPal email address before receiving payment - US-based affiliates earning $600 or more in a calendar year must provide a completed W-9 form before payment is issued - Non-US affiliates must provide a completed W-8BEN form before payment is issued - Payments are made in USD

6. Refunds and Chargebacks

If a subscriber you referred requests a refund within our 30-day money-back guarantee period, the commission associated with that transaction will be reversed and deducted from your pending balance. Commissions on chargebacks will also be reversed. MyTraderScore is not responsible for commissions on fraudulent transactions.

7. Promotional Guidelines

You agree to promote MyTraderScore honestly and ethically. You may: - Share your referral link on your website, blog, YouTube, social media, email newsletter, and Discord - Create honest reviews, tutorials, and comparison content - Offer your audience context about how MyTraderScore helped you or how it works You may NOT: - Make false or misleading claims about MyTraderScore's features, pricing, or results - Guarantee specific trading profits or outcomes - Use spam — unsolicited bulk emails, comment spam, or automated messaging - Bid on "MyTraderScore," "Trader Score," or "mytraderscore.com" as paid search keywords without prior written approval - Create fake reviews or fabricated testimonials - Use cookie stuffing or any deceptive tracking method - Promote to audiences under 18 years of age - Self-refer — you may not use your own referral link to purchase a subscription

8. FTC Compliance

You are required to comply with the FTC's guidelines on endorsements and testimonials (16 CFR Part 255). This means you must clearly and conspicuously disclose your affiliate relationship with MyTraderScore whenever you share your referral link or recommend our product. See our Affiliate Disclosure page for required disclosure language and placement guidelines. Failure to comply with FTC disclosure requirements is grounds for immediate termination.

9. Brand Guidelines

You may use the MyTraderScore name and describe our product accurately in your promotional content. You may not alter our logo, create confusingly similar branding, or imply that you are officially affiliated with or employed by MyTraderScore or Robot Mouse LLC beyond your role as an independent affiliate.

10. Relationship of Parties

You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of MyTraderScore or Robot Mouse LLC. You are solely responsible for your own taxes, expenses, and compliance with applicable laws. You have no authority to enter into contracts or obligations on behalf of MyTraderScore.

11. Term and Termination

This agreement begins when you are accepted into the Affiliate Program and continues until terminated. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. We may terminate your participation immediately and without notice if you: - Violate these Affiliate Terms - Engage in fraudulent activity - Violate FTC disclosure requirements - Use prohibited promotion methods - Damage the reputation of MyTraderScore Upon termination, you will receive any earned commissions that have cleared the refund period, minus any reversed commissions. Commissions that have not cleared will be forfeited upon termination for cause.

12. Limitation of Liability

MyTraderScore's liability to you under this agreement is limited to unpaid commissions earned prior to termination. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Affiliate Terms at any time. We will notify active affiliates of material changes via email with 30 days notice. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
