MyTraderScore, operated by Robot Mouse LLC, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for all first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason within 30 days of your initial subscription payment, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@mytraderscore.com within 30 days of your initial purchase. Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
Eligibility
Refunds are available under the following conditions: - The request is made within 30 days of the initial subscription payment - This is your first subscription to MyTraderScore - The request is made by the account holder Refunds are not available for: - Renewal payments after the first billing period - Accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service - Requests made after the 30-day period has expired
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page in your account. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. If you cancel within the first 30 days and wish to receive a refund, please contact us at support@mytraderscore.com.
Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. If you cancel mid-period, you retain access to MyTraderScore until the end of your current billing period.
